Hello Roboflow Team,
I am posting here because I have been unable to receive a response through other support channels.
I have contacted support multiple times regarding what I believe to be an incorrect charge on my account. So far, I have not received any reply or update on whether the case is being reviewed.
The issue is not primarily about the amount charged. The main concern is that our finance department cannot finalize the monthly accounting process until this matter has been clarified.
I would appreciate it if someone from the Roboflow team could review my case and provide an update on its status. At the moment, it has been very difficult to reach support, and I am unsure how to proceed.
