Apply for a refund.

Dear Roboflow Team,

I am writing to formally request a refund for the recent $65 charge on my account. I was unaware that my subscription was set to auto-renew monthly, and as a result, I failed to cancel the automatic renewal in a timely manner. When I received the billing statement today, I was caught off guard and surprised by the unexpected charge.

I’d like to clarify that my project, for which I initially subscribed to your service, has already been completed. Since I no longer require the service, this unanticipated $65 expense has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I truly hope you can understand my situation and process a full refund.
