Accidental Payment on New Roboflow Account

My name is Nezahat Korkmaz and my Roboflow email is: connect.nezahatkorkmaz@gmail.com.
I created my account yesterday and was still on the free trial. I only upgraded to export a model, but I have not used any features and I did not even download the model. Instead of the expected local price, I was mistakenly charged 588 USD. This was paid with my parent’s credit card, and now we cannot even pay our rent.
Please help me — I will not be using any features of this plan. I kindly request a refund, ideally the full amount, or at least everything beyond one month. I saw on the forum that other users received same-day responses, and I am also expecting to hear back today. The emotional stress this has caused me and my family is beyond words.

Hi there Nezahat,

You seem to have selected the annual plan during the payment process. As the payment was issued today, we’re able to issue a refund. You can purchase a monthly plan by re-entering the platform and selecting “Monthly” during check-out process.

I’m sorry for the problems this has caused, and hope you keep using the platform!
