However, I have prepaid credits remaining, and I’m unsure about the issue related to outstanding invoices. Our workspace has outstanding invoices that were due on March 26, 2025, and I would like to understand how this impacts my prepaid credits.

Prepaid credits are applied to any Credits Flex Usage invoice! So when you have usage over your included monthly credits, your prepaid credits will apply. These prepaid credits you have can absolutely be used on our paid Growth/Basic plan, as well as on our free Public plan!

I would like to confirm that I will use the Free plan moving forward, and I understand that I can use my remaining prepaid credits (44 credits) with this plan. Can you please confirm that these prepaid credits will be applied to my usage, and that I can still access accurate training with them while on the Free plan?
Also, I noticed a notification that states, “Please pay outstanding invoices by April 9 to maintain access to your Roboflow workspace. Pay Invoices.” Since I am switching to the Free plan and using my prepaid credits, does this notification still apply to me?(it should not right ??)
If I need more credits later on, I plan to upgrade again.

Yes, those credits will be applied to your usage, and you will be able to access accurate training on the Free plan.
That open invoice was due to your auto downgrade to the Basic plan. I’ve made sure it is cancelled and you are all set on the Public plan!
