Roboflow charges extra credit for training and disk usage [ basic plan ]

Hello,
we have the Roboflow Basic Plan which includes 30 credits per month and 360 credits per year in total. We started a new training using Roboflow Yolov8 model. But then the training used 17 credits and Roboflow charged us for this. Do you have any idea what is all about? What it is wrong in here? I have the basic plan and it includes 30 credits. Do we pay for usage? We thought this was included in the package. Flex Billing

Hello,
I have the same issue , I paid for the “basic plan” annualy for 360 credits. And now I need to pay for the extra credit and I only use 63 credits. I ask for email but this take a lot of time to have a answer.

The invoices were issued due to a discrepancy on our end. All incorrect invoices have been voided and your account is unblocked.

I’m very sorry this happened, we’re actively working to put in assurances that avoid this kind of issue in the future.
