I am a university student and subscribed the annual Basic Plan around a month ago. I am wondering if I want to downgrade to free plan right now (for the annul plan, there are 11 months left), could I get some refund back?
Hi there! Unfortunately we cannot retroactively cancel the paid subscription. If you go to Roboflow Settings, at the bottom of the page you can “Cancel Plan”, which will ensure your subscription doesn’t renew at your cycle end.
