I hope you’re doing well. I’m reaching out because I was recently charged on July 5th, 2025 for a subscription renewal that I no longer need, and I would like to kindly request a refund.
I originally subscribed last month for a work-related project at my previous job. My employer reimbursed me for that initial month, but I no longer work there and no longer require access to the platform. Unfortunately, I forgot to cancel the subscription before it renewed automatically.
I’ve now canceled the plan from my account to prevent any future charges. I would really appreciate it if you could consider issuing a refund for this recent charge, as I haven’t used the service since the renewal.
