Request for refund due to unintended renewal of plan

I am reaching out because I was charged today on 17th December 2025 for a subscription renewal that I no longer need, and I would like to kindly request a refund.

I originally subscribed last month for an university related project. After completion of that project I no longer need access to the platform. Unfortunately, I forgot to cancel the subscription before it renewed automatically.

I have now canceled the plan from my account to prevent any future charges. I would really appreciate it if you could consider issuing a refund for this recent charge, as I have not used any credits since the renewal. Moreover, I only used the plan to get the metrics for my model and I did not use any training credits since subscribing for the first time as well.

I hope for your understanding and quick resolution of this issue.

The refund for that December 17th charge is being processed. You should see that reflected on your card in 3-5 business days.
