We are university students, and the subscription payment was charged from our professor’s credit card. We bought a subscription for one month on Roboflow on March 16 and accidentally got charged for another month (April 16). We did not use the subscription at all for this second month.
We only needed it for one month, so I would kindly like to request a refund for this renewal.
