Refund Request Unintended Subscription Renew

To whom it may concern,

I am reaching out because I was charged today, April 16, 2026, for a subscription renewal that I no longer require, and I would like to kindly request a refund.

I originally subscribed to support my research framework regarding automated traffic sign inventory management in Cambodia. Following the completion of the model evaluation phase, I no longer require access to the paid features of the platform. Unfortunately, I neglected to cancel the subscription before the automatic renewal occurred.

I have already canceled the plan within my account settings to prevent any future charges. I would greatly appreciate it if you could consider issuing a refund for this most recent charge. I have not utilized any credits since the renewal; furthermore, my usage during the initial subscription period was limited to retrieving model metrics, and I did not utilize any training credits.

I hope for your understanding and look forward to a quick resolution of this matter.

Best regards,

Hi there Yit, I’m happy to offer an exception to our refund policy in your case! The funds should return to your account soon, and your subscription has been cancelled.

The automated traffic sign inventory management use-case sounds very interesting. I’m wondering if you have tried our deployment offerings? Roboflow Deploy: Run Production Vision Models at Scale

I’m glad you found value in the model metrics and hope you return again soon to try more of the platform!

Best,
Lake

Hi Lake,

Thank you for the kind words about the project! I really appreciate the help with the metrics.

Regarding the deployment offerings, I haven’t had a chance to try Roboflow Deploy yet. Since this specific phase of my research on traffic sign inventory is wrapping up I don’t have a current need for production-scale deployment. However, I’ll certainly keep it in mind for any future infrastructure projects that require scaling.

Thanks again for your support!

Best regards,
