Refund Inquiry

Hello,
I am a student at a computer training center in a non-English speaking country.

While working on a team project, we used your platform for labeling tasks. During our trial and testing phase, we tried various options, which unfortunately resulted in a significant charge. However, we were not able to fully utilize the services to our satisfaction and ended up labeling the data manually ourselves.

We would like to inquire if it’s possible to receive a refund specifically for the AI labeling and training services that were not effectively used.

Hi @대원_김 - I’m sorry, we are unable to refund usage fees as we have hard costs associated with these actions. We have email and in-app alerts that fire warning users about usage limits as well.
