Overbilled and Refund fee

Dear Roboflow Team,
I ordered the basic version, but was charged an additional $320. From the bill, I found that in addition to the additional credits used, there were also basic charges from April 18 to May 18. However, I did not receive any notification or reminder that the credits were about to run out or that the additional credits had been used. In addition, without my knowledge, the basic version had a continuous subscription, and I did not use the platform this month, but my fees were deducted. I feel very unwilling about this. If possible, can you please refund my money? This is a very unfair fee for me.
