Accidental Auto-Label Usage – Request for Help Recovering Dataset

Hello Roboflow Support Team,

We are a team of three university students currently working on our graduation (capstone) project using computer vision techniques. We’ve been using Roboflow to create and label our dataset, and we had manually labeled approximately 85% of our images with great effort.

Unfortunately, one of our teammates accidentally triggered the Auto Label feature, unaware that it would consume our available credits. As a result, our credit balance has dropped to -10.9, and we are now unable to create a new dataset version or download the labeled data we’ve worked so hard on.

Since this is a non-commercial academic project and we do not have the budget to purchase more credits, we are reaching out in the hope that you might assist us.

Would it be possible to:

  • Temporarily lift the credit restriction so we can export our dataset,
    or
  • Provide an alternative way for us to recover and download the labeled data?

We truly appreciate the value Roboflow provides and would love to continue using it for our academic work. Any support you can offer in this urgent situation would mean a lot to us.
