Error Canceling Subscription

I encountered an error when trying to cancel my subscription. The system shows “Error canceling subscription” and I’m unable to proceed.

Could you please help me cancel the subscription or advise on how to resolve this issue?

I have already emailed support@roboflow.com and accounts.receivable@roboflow.com, but I have not received a response yet.

I have attached a screenshot for reference.

I would like to ask something more here, what happened to the other tiers which roboflow used to offer?

Roboflow moved to our current pricing plans to more accurately reflect our credit based usage system. We do still offer the research plan as well for .edu emails. Hope this helps, happy Roboflowing!
