Due to current budget limitations, I will unfortunately not be able to continue with the paid plan and would like to ensure that no further charges will be made to my account for the next billing cycle. I would be grateful if you could guide me through the steps I need to undertake for this.

Hi there! You can cancel your plan from Roboflow Settings. At the bottom of this page you can select the “Cancel Plan” button.
However, I looked at your account and I can see that you are all set to cancel the plan on May 4th! No further action on your end is required.
