Can I use the dataset from roboflow universe to publish my paper

Hi, I found a dataset from robotflow universe which is very suitable for my work. And I am planning to use it to publish an academic paper based on it. The link of the dataset is https://universe.roboflow.com/workspace-z0yvw/fish-pms4w. Do I need to get approval from the owners who upload this dataset? Or just citing the dataset is good enough?

The license on that dataset is Creative Commons by Attribution 4.0 which means you can use it so long as you cite them. (The citation snippet is available on the page you linked:)
