I’ve uploaded an image that is 36,977 Kb in JPG format, but when I view it in annotation, it’s very blurred (low quality) or it’s filled with black. How can I view the images that I upload correctly and in good quality?

Could you share screenshots showing these issues?
Also, if you could share more info about your image, including the image size, file extension and potentially the file itself, that would be very helpful in debugging your issue.
