Subscription Cancellation and Refund Request

    I hope you are doing well.
    I am writing regarding my current Basic Plan. Last year, I purchased what I understood to be a yearly plan with credits. However, I am currently unsure whether this plan was automatically renewed for 2026 or whether any additional action was required on my part.

  • As I currently do not require access to the platform and do not have the resources to actively use it, I would kindly request the following:

    Cancellation of my current subscription (if it is currently active or has been renewed)
    A refund for the most recent charge, as I was not aware that the plan would renew automatically

  • For the time being, I would prefer to cancel everything and, if possible, receive a refund. I may consider returning to the platform in the future once I resume my project.
