Project Type: UAV-based Forest Fire Detection using YOLOv11 & YOLOv12

Operating System & Browser: Windows 11, Chrome

Project Universe Link or Workspace/Project ID: forest-fire-detection-defus

Issue: I trained my dataset using YOLOv11 and YOLOv12 in Roboflow and tested the models on my laptop using API keys. Now, my credits are over, and I have an additional 18.54 flex credits. I tried purchasing 10 extra credits, but my credits have not been restored.

Could you help me understand why my purchased credits are not reflecting and how to resolve this?

Hi, I’m sorry this isn’t more clear! Your Prepaid Credits are being applied. At present, you are 3.54 credits over the “Included” + “Prepaid Credits” amount in your workspace.

That banner alert only shows your usage over “Included”!
