It seems like the recent updates have made the UI extremely inconvenient.
After an update a month or two ago, it became impossible to sort and view the full batch list by batch/folder. Now, after the latest update, the pagination feature has completely disappeared from the full list, including Unassigned and Dataset.
There is an “All batches” button, but when I click it, no batches are shown at all, even though dozens of batches have already been uploaded.
Thousands of images have already been uploaded, but because the pagination feature is gone, only 50 images are visible or selectable from the full list.
Also, there are now too many minor bugs. For example, when tags or classes are added or deleted, the changes are not reflected immediately. Even after deleting them, old tags sometimes remain visible.
I honestly do not understand how we are supposed to assign work to labelers under these conditions. We started paying for this tool because of its convenience, but that convenience is gradually disappearing with every update.
Hi Juwon, thanks for reaching out. We hear you and want to ensure you that we take user experience very seriously. Please allow me to address each point of your points.
Pagination missing: Confirmed bug, fixed May 20. The controls were hidden behind a status banner, not removed. Please hard refresh (Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+R) and confirm pagination is back. If not, send your workspace URL, a screenshot, and your browser/OS.
“All batches” empty: We shipped an Unassigned view redesign this week and could not reproduce this internally. The same hard refresh may resolve it; if not, the info above will help us trace it.
Tags/classes not updating: The Classes & Tags page manages your Dataset only. Images still in Unassigned keep their tags until they are added to the dataset, which is why deleted tags can appear to linger. If you are seeing this on images already in the dataset, that is a bug and I would like to take a look.
We hear you on the papercuts. Keep flagging them, these reports are what drives prioritization.
