We received a “Forbidden” for a 4 minutes when submitting some images for the hosted inference. Is there any reason for this, ie rate limiting that could cause this. We call the API and sometimes will submit 100-200 images but so far in the past we have never seen this api response before.

We were updating our services and this was the most likely reason for issue you observed. Please accept our apologies, we are working on improving our upgrade process - once these works are complete this issue should not happen again.

Thanks Grzegorz, are there any plans today (Friday) between 9am-6pm EST to take anything offline for period of time. This causes missed data in our redaction results for the business users when that happens, I can plan accordingly if so -

There are no plans to update API endpoints related to authorization today, once again please accept our apologies for the 4 minutes of lost data - as I mentioned, we are working on improving our upgrade process to make sure this does not happen again.
