The issue seems to be related to a payment from September 14, 2024, but at that time, our account was blocked, and our operations were halted, which is why we had not made a payment. Later, we completed the necessary payments and resumed our work without any issues.
Since your service is provided only after payment is made, such problems should not occur. I would greatly appreciate it if you could resolve this issue as soon as possible.
