We are facing some issue with our subscription. We have a membership with your platform with the email id xxxxxx.xxxxxxx@gmail.com. A usual on the 9th March our subscription was supposed to renew and we saw that the payment is under process on the 9th of March. We were assured that the payment will be auto deducted as usual, but today in the morning we lost our access to the account.
The payment was under process, and it failed somehow in the weekend. We thought it was some payment glitch, we made a new payment from the pop up on the main page.
After the payment a new issue was encountered where our membership ended abruptly, and it is saying that upgrade to the paid plans and stuff.
Can you please check and tell us about the next steps to resolve this? Currently it says we are under a “Sandbox Plan” with a reduced limit.
