Paid for Starter Plan but still in Sandbox plan

We were previously subscribed to the Starter Plan for the past two months. Unfortunately, due to an oversight, we missed the payment deadline, which resulted in a limitation of our services. We have since settled the outstanding invoice, but our workspace remains on the sandbox plan.

Could you please assist us in upgrading our workspace back to the Starter Plan? We would appreciate any guidance on how to resolve this issue promptly.
