Paid Invoice but Account Still Showing Sandbox Plan

Hi Roboflow Team,

I am facing an issue with my subscription/account status.

Earlier, my March payment was pending, but I have now successfully completed the payment and the Billing Portal shows the invoice status as “Paid”.

However, my account is still showing:

  • “Your Subscription has Ended”

  • Current plan: “Sandbox Plan”

Because of this, I no longer have access to the paid/private project features associated with my subscription.

It appears that the payment was processed successfully, but the subscription/account status may not have been restored properly after payment.

I have already contacted support through email but have not yet received a response, so I am posting here for assistance.

I can provide screenshots showing:

  • Invoice marked as Paid

  • Account still showing Sandbox plan

Could someone from the Roboflow team please help verify the billing status and restore the subscription access?
