Negative image count

Describe your question/issue here! Hello, I am experiencing a critical backend indexing issue with my project.

  1. Negative Image Count: My project dashboard shows a negative image count of -14683.

  2. Evaluation Failure: In my latest training (Version 10), even though the Dataset Details show 3,315 images in the Validation Set, the Confusion Matrix and all Production Metrics are 0%. It seems the training engine cannot find the physical files due to the indexing error.

  3. Requirement: Could you please help reset the backend reference counters for this project so the image counts and validation sets function correctly?

  5. Project Universe Link or Workspace/Project ID: Sign in to Roboflow

  6. Do you grant Roboflow Support permission to access your Workspace for troubleshooting? (Yes/No): Yes
