I recently purchased the core plan without realizing I had purchased the core plan (the annual plan at that). My intention was to try out the public plan to see if I like the product’s feature and then possibly trying out the monthly plan. The upfront cost is bit of a burden for me, and while I am excited to use your product, it is hard me for front the annual cost right from the get go.
I see that in other posts, Roboflow does offer some resolutions for this case, and while I would like to go to the public plan, I would still greatly appreciate if I could even revert to the monthly core plan.
For assurance, I have not used any of Roboflow’s features since purchasing the plan. Thank you for your time and consideration and I truly appreciate any help and advice the Roboflow team may have.
