I Accidentally Purchased the Annual Plan Instead of the Monthly Plan

Dear Roboflow Team,

Hello. I am a 17-year-old high school student living in South Korea. On May 12, 2025, I intended to subscribe to the Basic Plan on a monthly basis for research purposes, but I accidentally selected and paid for the annual plan instead.

As a minor, the cost—close to $600—is an overwhelming burden for me. It is a tremendous amount of money for someone my age, and I am genuinely in distress about this situation. For a student like me, this expense is not just difficult—it is nearly impossible to manage. If I am unable to change my plan, it would cause significant financial and emotional stress, which I hope you can understand.

I realized the mistake immediately after completing the payment and posted a request for help on the Forum right away, but I have not yet received a response. I have not used any of the paid features since the purchase, out of fear that doing so might complicate the possibility of a refund or downgrade.

I truly value Roboflow and rely on it for my research. I sincerely hope that my subscription can be changed from annual to monthly as soon as possible—ideally by this Friday, which is a crucial deadline for me.
