Accidentally Purchased Annual Plan Instead of Monthly

Hello Roboflow Team,

I’m reaching out because I accidentally purchased the annual plan, when I had intended to purchase the monthly plan. I only used the “Download Weights” option once and realized the mistake shortly after. I canceled the subscription right away.

Is it possible to receive a partial refund, or ideally switch to the monthly plan and be refunded the difference?

I’ve also emailed support with the invoice attached, but I’m posting here in case it helps speed up the process.
