I’m looking for help understanding an issue with my Roboflow credits and account access

I’m looking for help understanding an issue with my Roboflow credits and account access.

My workspace/account name is futurevisionaiz.

I’m on the Basic plan, and my credits reset with my billing cycle. However, for the last couple of months, I have noticed that my credits are still being used even after I deleted all datasets/projects from my workspace.

The same pattern keeps happening:

  • Around the middle of the month, my workspace shows that most of the included credits have been used.
  • Shortly after that, it shows that 100% of the included credits have been used.
  • This has happened even though I deleted all datasets/projects from my workspace.
  • Now my account has also been frozen, so I cannot properly access the workspace to check what is happening.

Examples:

  • On April 13, 2026, my credits showed as 100% used.
  • On May 11, 2026, my credits showed around 80% used.
  • On May 13, 2026, my credits showed 100% used again.

I have already contacted Roboflow by email several times about this issue. I received a response saying that the issue would be escalated internally and that someone would get back to me very shortly, but I still have not received a clear explanation or solution.

Because Basic plan users mainly get help through the community forum, I’m posting here to ask if someone from Roboflow or the community can help me understand why this is happening.

Please could someone help me check why credits are still being used even after all datasets/projects were deleted from my workspace, and why my account has now been frozen?
