Credit tracking is broken

On 6/3 I upgraded from the Free Plan to a Core Plan with 15 credits.
By 6/22 I had used 12.79, and the credit page showed my usage correctly.
On 6/23 my account showed 12.79 / 15 credits used, but I received an email saying my credit limit had been hit. I purchased another 15 credits for $60.
On 6/25 my account showed 0 / 30 credits used, and the credit page was broken, showing grayed-out graphs.
On 6/27 I ran two jobs that used about 4 credits, but my account still shows 0 / 30 credits used, and the credit page is still broken.
On 6/28 I received another email saying my credit limit had been hit.

Hi Andy,

I have having a very similar issue! On the 99$/month plan. Credits on my dashboard show 0/15 used. Then I get the email saying all credits used. I look into the dashboard to understand why, and no data is loading. I can DM me account info as well if you can help. The data is very important for monitoring spending vs training, labeling, ect.

Also the side bar shows 0/15 credits used.

Hi @graham_raccoon @Rob_Gayvert,

My name is Ford and I’m a Support Engineer at Roboflow. I was able to briefly reproduce the grayed-out graphs on the usage page, they appeared while the data was being fetched, then resolved once loaded.

Are you still seeing the grayed-out charts if you switch to a separate WiFi network or hotspot? If so, can you please provide a screenshot, either in this thread or via DM to maintain your privacy, of the grayed out charts with the console tab in your dev console displayed?

Please see this guide on How to Display Your Dev Console.

Thank you for the additional context here!

My grayed-out charts look identical to graham_raccoon’s picture, and my sidebar shows 0/30 credits, Resets on July 3.

Hi @Rob_Gayvert!

To help me triage further, when you access the app from a separate device, WiFi network, or a hotspot, are you able to view the credit amounts?

If not, can you please provide a screenshot, either in this thread or via DM to maintain your privacy, of the grayed out charts with the console tab in your dev console displayed?

Please see this guide on How to Display Your Dev Console

Thank you for the additional context here!

Hi Rob, do yo have an email? Does not seem to be a way to DM on this forum.

Thanks.

Sorry Rob, I meant for @Ford. I will email you as well though

Hi @Rob_Gayvert @graham_raccoon,

Great news, we have shipped a fix for this issue! To propagate the fix, please hard refresh the app.

Thank you for your bringing this issue forward!

Hi @Ford, thanks for shipping the fix.

Would Roboflow be able to review the account usage and refund or restore any credits that were incorrectly consumed while the credit tracking issue was happening? My dashboard was indicating that no credits were being used at the time.

Thanks,
Graham

Looks good on my end now. Thanks.
