Help with Subscription Mistake - Annual Plan Instead of Monthly

I hope you can help me with a subscription mistake.

I recently signed up for the Basic Plan and I intended to choose the monthly subscription. However, I accidentally selected the annual plan and have been billed for the full year.

As I have only been using the service for less than a month, would it be possible to correct this? I would like to switch to the monthly plan and be refunded the difference.

Hi Ford,

I confirm that I would like to change my package from annual to monthly. I am unable to pay annually and I mistakenly selected the annual plan when I intended to choose the monthly plan.

I haven’t used the service for even a month, but the bill has already arrived. I would like to know if I can cancel it.
