I recently signed up for the Basic Plan and I intended to choose the monthly subscription. However, I accidentally selected the annual plan and have been billed for the full year.
As I have only been using the service for less than a month, would it be possible to correct this? I would like to switch to the monthly plan and be refunded the difference.
