Didn't get refunds after training YOLOv12 models failed

Hello, I recently tried training two YOLOv12 model on my dataset but they failed and I was notified that I would be refunded my credits. However it seems I have yet to receive my credits. I downloaded and checked the audit logs which differ from the usage I am being shown.
