Training Failed with Unexpected Error – Credits Consumed

Hello Roboflow Support Team,
I am reaching out because I encountered an issue while training my dataset. The training process runs normally, but when it reaches the final stage, it fails with the error shown in the attached screenshot (“Unexpected Error – Training Failed”).
I have successfully trained other models before without experiencing this issue. However, in this case, I attempted the training three times, and each attempt failed with the same error. I also noticed that my credits were consumed even though the trainings did not complete.
Could you please review my case and help me resolve this problem as soon as possible? This model is important for my project and I urgently need it in production.

To help me triage this issue, do you give Roboflow Support permission to access your workspace?

Additionally, I confirmed that the credits for the failed trainings were refunded to your workspace. They are included in “Prepaid Credits”.

I don’t see any failed trainings on the workspace associated with your email address, is it possibly within a separate workspace?
