Training Stuck on "Early Stopping" – Unable to Cancel or Recover Credits


Hello Roboflow Support,

I’m experiencing an issue with a training job that seems to be stuck on the “Early Stopping” phase. The UI shows “0 seconds remaining” and indicates that all epochs have been completed (180/180), but the status still says “Training…” and the “Stopping” button is disabled. There is no training log or completion message, and I cannot cancel the training manually.

Additionally, the credits for this training have not been refunded, and I am unable to access or deploy the model.

Could you please:

  1. Manually terminate the stuck training session?
  2. Restore the credits used for this training job?
  3. Let me know if the model was successfully trained and if it’s retrievable?

The model name is: airbus 5
