Hi Roboflow team,

Question 1: Team members in Core vs Public plan

On the pricing page, the Core plan shows that I can add 3 members.

However, on the Public (free) plan, it shows 2 members, but I am currently able to add 4 members, and all of them seem to have the same access.

So my question is:

  • After upgrading to the Core plan, will my workspace be strictly limited to 3 members only?

  • Or can I add more members similar to how it currently works on the Public plan?

Question 2: Credits & storage usage in Core plan

Both the Public plan and Core plan show 15 monthly included credits.

In the Public plan, 1 credit currently allows around 5,000 images per month for storage.

My question is:

  • After upgrading to the Core plan, does the credit consumption change (for example, more images per credit for storage)?

  • Or does the credit usage remain the same, and the only difference is that in the Core plan I can continue using credits by paying extra once the 15 included credits are exhausted?

You may be on a legacy Public plan that has more users. The Core plan includes 3 and allows additional seats to be added.

Credits conversion rates are the same on all plans & the current unit prices for features that consume credits are listed here: Roboflow Credits: Understanding Usage Based Pricing
