Is there a way to change the “Creator” account’s email, or make another user the creator? I’m trying to move the ownership to another email address.

To change ownership to a new email, assign the Admin role to said new email address. The role of Creator is an “honorific”, signifying who originally created the workspace.
To do so, open your workspace, navigate to Settings > Team Members. This screen is shown below. Here you can assign the admin role to the other email address in your workspace. If the email address isn’t in your workspace, you can invite it to join here as well.

Thank you, Ford. I had already created another admin with the desired email. I was a bit unsure what ‘creator’ signified. Good feedback!
