Iām currently on the Basic plan and want to migrate everything to the new Account āCore planā. Is it possible to migrate everything in 1 step to avoid manually handling all datasets, models, and workflows?

When you upgrade to Core, your entire workspace will also be upgraded with it. I would highly recommend doing this rather than creating a new workspace.
I want to migrate to another account, specifically Core, from the Basic ones. I canāt change Creator on the Basic plan, which is the core reason for moving to a new account.

The creator role is simply a signatory equivalent to being an admin. It cannot be ātransferredā over nor can it be removed from the workspace. The best thing to do would be to have the creator bump you up to admin in this instance.

I have Account 1, which is the Creator account on the Basic Plan. I need to remove it from the project, and there are two ways to do this:
- Upgrade from Basic to Core and then change the Creator role to another member. After that, I can delete the account from the project. However, I received a notice stating, āYou can make another user an Admin (with the same effective permissions) via Settings ā Team Members ā Change Role, but the āCreatorā label itself stays on the original account.ā Does this mean I canāt delete the Creator account from the subscription even after upgrading?
- Buy another Core subscription and move all workflows and datasets (segmentation tasks) to the new account. Is it possible to download locally and upload to another account segmentation tasks dataset?
