Annual subscription charged instead of monthly – Request for partial refund from September

I had intended to be on a monthly billing plan; however, my subscription was unexpectedly renewed as an annual plan, resulting in a $588 USD charge.

I would like to continue using my subscription until the end of August 2025, and would greatly appreciate it if you could arrange a prorated refund for the unused period from September 2025 through July 2026.
