Trouble deleting my account, support refused to help me

I cannot delete my account, keep getting an error. Please could roboflow delete my account and then this new one I had to create afterwards as well.

I followed the advice of the pop up that told me to email support. I got a response from, as far as I can tell. A bot. That said they only personally support people who are paying customers. Pretty dumb considering all I want is to delete my account.

Just to come here and do the same thing, where I will get support in deleting my account by a member of staff, that could have just been done over email.

I enjoyed the actual service itself, it was very good. But if I can’t just simply delete my account through what should be normal channels, just taints the experience for me. I definitely won’t be using roboflow again.
