Issue with training

Hi Roboflow Support,

I am consistently getting a “Training Failed” error when trying to start training on my Roboflow project. The message says:

“An unexpected error occurred while starting training.”

This issue has been happening persistently for a long time, nearly 1 hr, across multiple training attempts. I have tried starting training again, but the same error keeps appearing before the training process begins.

Could you please check if there is an issue with my workspace/project, dataset version, training configuration, or account-side training setup?

I have attached a screenshot of the error.

Hi @Anirudh_Rao ,

Our team is actively working with our cloud providers to get resource back up for model training following a cloud provider outage. Most other aspects of the platform are operational.

I’ll keep you apprised of our progress and let you know when we are back up and operational for model training.

@Patrick_Nihranz I’m still getting some errors when trying to evaluate a newly-trained model. Also, when going to a dataset version and choosing Train Model, it says there are no images in my dataset. Hope this can be resolved soon!
