Some Vision Event images are not showing up

Dear,

First of all, we have been enjoying Roboflow on the core plan.

Recently, we ran into an issue that seems to affect a small portion of our Vision Events images. Namely, Some Vision Event images do not show up:

When investigating the requests in DevTools it seems that the thumbnail image and the regular image can not be found:

  • Project Type: Vision Events (object detection)
  • Operating System & Browser: Windows 11, Google Chrome
  • Project Universe Link or Workspace/Project ID: Ada Automated divest assistant/Guided Divest
  • Do you grant Roboflow Support permission to access your Workspace for troubleshooting? (Yes/No): Only if this is required, rather not.

Hi,

In this case, it looks like these images were deleted from the asset library on August 28. Images attached to vision events are still stored in the global asset library shared by the whole platform.

However, this display is not very indicative of that. We’ll be pushing an update soon to explicitly say that the image can’t be found and was likely deleted from the platform.
