SAM3 Rapid Model Labels Disappeared

Hi Community,
I created a SAM3 Rapid model at the end of last year. However, when I reviewed it this week, all the labels were gone except for “shoe,” and the annotated images had reverted to their original versions.
I’m certain that the labels were saved when I created the model. Please see the URL below:

I also tried using the “Improve Images” feature to manually re-add the missing labels. After approving all the images, the Save button was disabled.
How can I recover the original model?
What could have caused this issue?
