Hi! Just a quick heads-up that there’s a small outstanding balance on your account and I see 402 errors in the backend related with SAM3;
no rush, but we’d appreciate it if you could take a look when you have a moment.

i am trying now bit it is gaving the same error again

firstly i need to explain my account is a research account so i don’t pay for flex usage or any credits above my usage + the 63 credits in my account are because i took 1st place in February leaderboard that value was 50 credits and the other credits were for testing data Versioning due to problems because of massive or huge size of my dataset.

can you help me in solvong the issue?

i will use the credits to create my last version of dataset but i need sam 3 to finish the segmentstion

Hello, apologies, I missed this thread earlier. I’m not entirely sure why it isn’t working, but the logs show 402 errors related to insufficient funds.

I’ve tested SAM3 myself and it works, so I believe the lack of funds might be the cause.

In any case, I’ve asked a colleague to review the situation as well.

Happy to help here! You’re receiving this message because your workspace has exceeded the 50 monthly credits included on the Research plan. To confirm, you won’t be charged for any flex credits accrued for image storage on the Research plan.
