Research Plan request – institution email not recognized

Hello Roboflow team,

I am a third-year engineering student at the National Institute of Electronics and Telecommunications of Sfax,tunisia. My field of study is Industrial Computer Engineering, with a specialization in Interconnected Systems.

I am trying to request access to the Roboflow Research Plan, but my institution email is not being recognized. I would like to know whether my institution can be manually verified or whether there is another process I should follow.

I can provide any supporting documents required, such as:

  • proof of enrollment

  • student ID

  • institutional certificate

  • any other academic verification documents

I would really appreciate your help, as I need this access as soon as possible for my academic project.

I think the problem is that ur email domain does not include .edu in it
I think the solution will be from the Admins Behalf to add your email Manually
Wait For them to respond I believe they will help you soon

Thank you for your reply I recently got github student pack with the same email ..,I really hope that they help me too that would be much appreciated

Hi @zeus,

I was able to verify that the domain name associated with your email address is indeed the academic institution you have identified. @Ahmed_Banby is correct, for non .edu email addresses, this must be verified manually. Looking forward to seeing your project grow, best of luck in your studies!
