Greetings, could you please help me with a problem?
I was using Research Plan through my .edu account. However, you automatically downgraded me to Public Plan. I’m facing a screen asking me to delete 9 projects in my workspace. If I remember correctly, Research Plan allowed me to store 20 projects. I can’t switch back to Research Plan because the project deletion option on the screen doesn’t work without deleting the projects. Could you please help?
