Access to previous projects blocked

Hello.

So I was downgraded to 10 projects in my account. I was not allowed to do anything else except delete projects. I tried to at least export my projects before I deleted them but could not. Is there a way to recover projects so I can export them now and delete them forever?

Thanks for reaching out, let me clarify what’s happening here.

While your account is on a premium trial, you have access to 50 project slots. Once the trial ends, that limit reverts to 10 projects. Because your workspace currently exceeds that limit, access is locked until one of the following is resolved:

  • Upgrade your plan to restore access to the higher project limit, or
  • Delete projects until you’re back down to 10 in your workspace

Alternatively, if you’re a student using the platform, I’d be glad to help you upgrade once your student status is verified.
