I’ve been scheduled on a basic plan already, but need to change to the education plan as already discussed with the support. Unfortunately, the education plan doesn’t show up on my billing menu. Could anyone change my account to it?

You must first convert all your datasets to public, and then you can apply for the Research Plan.
This is a step we have in place to ensure data privacy.
I’ve changed all projects to public, but still the option doesn’t show up. Could you please help me here?

Due to privacy safeguards, I am unfortunately unable to manually convert your workspace to the Research Plan unless you are enrolled on the Public Plan.
Once you convert to the Public Plan, you will be able to apply for the Research Plan.
