Want to change from starter plan to public plan

I want to change my current active plan. currently my active plan is starter. i want to change it to public plan.

I have been using the roboflow platform since the last 2 years. because of this starter plan I cannot do anything because in my workspace it is always full even though it is low.

I hope the team can change the active plan I can do activities again using roboflow.
