Paid for Core But Cannot Set Up a Dedicated Deployment

Describe your question/issue here! (delete this when you post)

  • Project Type: Image Segmentation
  • Operating System & Browser: Windows 11 Pro / Edge
  • Project Universe Link or Workspace/Project ID: ends-id
  • Do you grant Roboflow Support permission to access your Workspace for troubleshooting? (Yes/No): Yes

I paid for the Core Plan and am trying to create a dedicated deployment to more efficiently process a large number of images but whenever I begin to set up any kind of dedicated deployment I get this error message.

Hi aliber_rtiintl,

That error message is frustrating, especially after upgrading to Core. The issue you’re seeing with dedicated deployments typically happens when there’s a mismatch between your plan entitlements and what the system thinks you have access to.

A few things to try first: log out completely and log back in, or try accessing the deployment setup from a different browser or incognito window. Sometimes clearing your browser cache helps too. If you’re still seeing the same error after that, it’s definitely something on our backend that needs attention.

Should this fail, could you provide me here the email to the account, I am happy to check this out!

Thank you,

Bar Shimshon
